Background Fee

The background fee is used to check to ensure there are no battery or sexual convictions.

Intake Fee

The Intake Fee is used to reserve a bed, cover Assessments and Treatment Plan, curricula and supplies.

Program Fee

The program fee is a Monthly Fee occurring on the 2nd and last months are prorated. All fees are due by the LAST day of the preceding month. October fees are due September 30th.

Medical Fees

The medical fee covers a Nurse Exam and full blood work up.

Transportation Fee

The transportation fee is an Individual Transportation based on the mileage needed.
